2025, Bitcoin (Cryptography: BTC) It’s overly advertised and not short. After reaching $100,000 in December, Bitcoin looked like an easy option to increase its value this year. Instead, they struggled to go above $100,000, with only 5% increase per year.
It’s no wonder many investors are looking for cryptocurrencies that can outweigh Bitcoin. But it was a slim pick. Many top-level cryptocurrencies have fallen from 20% to 30% in 2025, with only a handful posting positive returns.
With that in mind, there are three coins here that are easier to buy than Bitcoin at the moment.
The first Bitcoin replacement is XRP (Cryptography: XRP). The rise has risen by over 400% since the presidential election, and by 2025, a robust 30% has risen.
XRP is already a clear beneficiary of the Trump administration’s approach to custody regulation. Ripple, the company behind XRP Crypto Token, has been under a dark regulatory cloud for much of the past four years, with the SEC claiming that XRP is security.
But in the end, those clouds appear to be split under the Trump administration. With the recent shakeup in the SEC, all regulatory issues that have been looming beyond XRP since December 2020 could soon disappear.
XRP adds the fact that it is often a false candidate to acquire the new Spot ETF approved this year. I can see why Crypto investors are so bullish on it. Currently, XRP is only trading around $2.70 (as of February 20th), but you may find a price forecast up to $10. Of course, it all depends on the amount of investors’ appetite for those ETFs.
Aside from XRP and Litecoin, things are where things are at risk, as it is hard to find the top 50 positive cryptocurrencies of the year. That’s the bittenser (Code: Tao)which stood out, rising a modest 3% that year.
It has a market capitalization of nearly $4 billion and is currently ranked as one of the top 40 cryptocurrencies in the world. Bittensor is a Layer-1 blockchain with a powerful AI focus, making it an attractive development platform for new AI projects. For example, Deepseek, a Chinese AI startup, is currently active on the Biten Surblockchain.
Aside from the general AI halo effect, there are two main factors in the favor of bittenser. The first is a recent list by Cryptocurrency Exchange Coinbase Global. In the news on the list, bitenser surged by 20%. And if investors’ enthusiasm for everything related to AI continues in 2025, profits could continue.
Another important factor is the supply of small circulation coins. Bitenser has the same maximum lifespan of coins as Bitcoin: 21 million coins. This creates an enormous rarity in bittensers and helps explain why this cryptocurrency currently has a price tag of $450.

Finally, if you have a significant risk appetite, we recommend considering a mantra (Encryption: OM). Mantras are increasing by 99% each year, with 43,927% of the impressive ones since October 2023. It is the 22nd most cryptocurrency in the world, as it is currently ranked by market capitalization.
No, the mantra is not some sort of meme coin that has become a parabolic. Instead, it’s a Layer-1 blockchain optimized for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization projects. If you’ve never heard of the mantra, it’s because the main users are financial institutions considering moving from the traditional world of finance to the world of blockchain finance.

And the way financial institutions do is by “tokenizing” assets. Literally, they are taking real-world assets like stocks and bonds, and converting them into crypto tokens that can be traded on the blockchain.
If your eyes are rolling at this point, you can understand. That sounds incredibly useless, right? It’s wrong. Top consulting companies such as Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company believe that by 2030 asset tokenization could be a multi-billion dollar market opportunity. And Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong believes that 10% of the world’s GDP will be tokenized by 2030.
By investing in mantras, you could quickly enter one of the biggest trends that have hit the financial world over the years. It’s not just stocks and bonds heading towards blockchain. It is also a private equity fund, real estate projects, and almost all non-current assets.
After all, Bitcoin is one of the best investments you can make in 2025. I’m not denying that. However, XRP, Bitenser and Mantra could bring spectacular benefits even in the next five years. Please note: there is a possibility of greater risk, as there is a possibility of more profit.
