John Lawler, who starred in the “Different Stokes” spinoff in the first season of “The Facts of Life,” passed away on February 13th at a hospice care facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, according to an official obituary. He was 83 years old.
Lawlor, who first cut his teeth in a series of guest spots in “The Rockford Files” and “Ellery Queen” in 1975, starred as Leonard Marsh in the second season of “Phyllis” the following year, starring as the spinoff Leonard Marsh. did. “Mary Tyler Moore Show”
Later in 1979, Lawler was cast as Stephen Bradley. In season 2, the showrunner chose to confusion, replacing Bradley’s character with Charles Parker, portrayed in “Star Trek” star Roger Perry.
Born in Troy, New York in 1941, his obituary revealed that Roller was the oldest of six children. He is survived by two brothers and five children.
“As a friend of Bill, he has guided many people on the path to a more complete and fulfilling life,” the obituary reads. “John will be remembered for his great love and affection for his family, his work, the joys of theatre, television, film, literature and of course his beloved horse.”
After a stint about “The Facts of Life,” Bradley returned to the Guest Star Circuit, appearing in “LA Law” and “Knots Landing,” later on “Driftwood” (1997) and “A Prayer for Die” (1987) ).
