Like in the past, Summerfest offers one of the world’s most musically diverse festival lineups for 2025.
Folkpop legend The Lumineers, crossover violinist Lindsey Stirling, and former Migos rapper Offset, Devo is one of the star-studded performers slates expected to take the stage in Milwaukee.
More than 130 new headliners were revealed on Wednesday. A special joint performance by sister pop duoalie and highly acclaimed singer-songwriter Julian Baker and Torres. A rare look from Andrew McMahon’s Project Jack’s mannequin. And then there’s BabyMetal, the cute Japanese metal band.
One of America’s largest and longest-running music festivals, Summerfest is available on three weekends, from June 19th to June 21st, June 26th to 28th and July 3rd to 5th. and will be held at Lake Front in Milwaukee at Maier Festival Park.
The full lineup, which amounts to around 600 acts in the 11th official stage, is expected to be revealed by May.

How to get tickets for SummerFest 2025 and how much does it cost
A general daily permit ticket is available for $30 at box office and summerfest.com. A general 3-day permit pass is $63. The general nine-day permit pass is $130, but will be available for $57 on February 18th from 11:59pm.
Additional promotional deals will be announced this spring, including multiple opportunities for free admission.
General admission tickets provide access to all stages of Summerfest, except the largest venue, the 23,000-person amphitheater with capacity of 23,000 people.
Separate tickets are required for the amphitheater concert, and although prices vary for each seat, they include same-day general admission to Summerfest.
So Lumineers will perform on the closing night, with Hippo Campus opening.
Tickets will be on sale at 10am on Friday at box office and on Summerfest’s website, and include general Summerfest admission on July 5th.
A separate ticket is also required for pre-order seats for the evening performance at the BMO Pavilion Stage at Summerfest. Prices vary for each seat. Tickets are available for reservation seats, including general admission to Summerfest on the same day.
SummerFest sells individual tickets for Level Up’s advanced viewing platform for evening performances on the Miller Lite Oasis stage. Tickets are $75 and include seat access, a private bar, private toilet, two choice mirrors and Pepsi drinks.
All of these tickets are available on the box office and on the Summerfest website.

Wednesday’s headliners will be taking part in the lineup, including 14 previously announced shows at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater and BMO Pavilion.

The American Family Insurance Amphitheater concert on July 4th and the BMO Pavilion concert on July 3rd and 5th have not yet been announced.
Summerfest will officially celebrate for the first time in June
Summerfest will also celebrate in June for the first time in the 57-year history of Opening Night.
Several previously announced performers have been booked specifically for this occasion. Icely Brothers, Gary Clark Jr., Jinnune, Born – Sagson – Harmony, Joyoradokun, Mike Jones, Fabolas, Milwaukee artists, Buffalo Nichols, Shonhinton Experience.
Summerfest will include an opening ceremony at Maier Festival Park on June 19th at 6pm, including performances, comments from representatives and approval of recipients of the scholarship this June.
