This week marks a month-long journey with the first players appearing in Florida and Arizona for spring training. When will the spring training game begin?
The Cubs and Dodgers will begin their spring training exhibit schedule on Thursday, February 20th at the Dodgers’ home park in Glendale, Arizona. The next day – Friday, February 21st – will have five games on the schedule, with another Dodger Cubs matchup taking place at the Cubs home park in Mesa, Arizona.
The Grapefruitreeg opener will be the New York Yankees, who will host the Tampa Bay Rays at George Stein Brenner Field in Tampa. It is also scheduled to play this regular season after longtime home from Hurricane Milton last October, Tropicana Field caused a major damage to Hurricane Milton last October.
