New York Knicks’ Jalen Branson hits the late Tray to seal the series against the Detriot Pistons. The La Clippers defeated the Denver Nuggets.
Jalen Branson scored 40 points as the New York Knicks scored a series victory over the Detroit Pistons and the Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Denver Nuggets to establish the Titanic NBA Playoff Decader.
Branson used up a 3-pointer game-winning victory on Thursday with four seconds remaining, sealing off a 4-2 series victory with a thrilling 116-113 victory over the Knicks.
At the Western Conference, the Clippers levelled the Series 3-3 by beating the Nuggets 111-105 at the Int’s Dome, enforcing the decisive Game Seven in Denver on Saturday.
James Harden led the Clippers’ path with 28 points, while Kawi Leonard finished with 27 points, 10 rebounds and five assists as he bounced back in Denver in 131-115 Game Five Driving on Tuesday.

In Detroit, the Pistons were also poised to level the Knicks and their Best of Best Series after leading 112-105 from 11 points and the remaining 112-105 in under three minutes.
However, an extraordinarily slow rally led by Branson, with the Knicks returning to the contest, tying the rest of the 36 seconds, 113-113.
Detroit star Cade Cunningham missed a layup to restore the piston’s lead and set the stage for an icy, cold three-pointer from Branson to give the Knicks what became the lead.
“I’m staying calm and relying on the trust and calm my teammates give me,” Branson said. “None of these things happen without them.”
The third seeded Knicks advanced to the Eastern Conference semi-final series with the Boston Celtics on-site NBA champions, with Game 1 set on Monday.
Branson finished with 40 points, four rebounds and seven assists, while Mikal Bridges scored 25 points and OG Anunoby added 22.
“Jaylen’s shot, what can you say?” Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau said of the three of them in a Branson match. “When you need his best, he’s at his best and he’s done it all year round, which is what makes him special.”
Cunningham led Detroit’s scorer with 23 points, backed by 21 from Jalen Duren and 20 from Malik Beasley.
In the first half of the seesaw, the Knicks took a 14-point lead after the opening quarter, surpassing the Pistons 37-23, thanks to 15 points in Branson’s opening frame.
However, Detroit came back in the second quarter, with Beasley’s hot hand ejecting five of eight three-point attempts to bring the piston back into competition and return it to a thin lead at halftime.
The Knicks came out with a focus on the second half. The defense stopped the flow of Detroit Points and at the other end Branson and Bridges combined with 21 points to create a double-digit lead.
Momentum changed again in the fourth quarter as Detroit fought against the Knicks team and the Knicks team that suddenly looked out of the idea when Branson last rescued New York.
In Los Angeles, the fired Clippers held back a late charge from Denver to secure a series-level victory.
The Nip and Tuck contest took place in a massive third quarter in the third quarter by the Clippers. He outperformed Denver 32-22 and opened a double-digit lead with just under six minutes remaining, reaching 15 points.
Denver cut the gap to just five points with less than a minute left, but the Clippers stuck to set the decider on Saturday.
“It was a victory or a return home — and we didn’t want to go home,” Clippers star Harden said.
“There’s one more game in a few days. We need to get better. And yet there are a lot of mental mistakes.
Denver interim head coach David Adelman accurately identifies the third quarter as the moment the game left his team.
“We speeded up, we didn’t handle it — we did the defense, but we couldn’t come up with a 50-50 ball. That quarter absolutely killed us,” Adelman said.
“We played a really good fourth quarter, but we need to get better throughout the game.”
Nikola Zhokic led Denver with 25 points, while Jamal Murray finished with 21 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.
