- Identification of the infringing material: Provide the URL(s) or a description of the material on our website that you claim is infringing on your copyrighted work.

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content and notify the user responsible for the content. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the user of your complaint and give them an opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.
Counter-Notification Process
If you are a user of XMcnx.com and believe that your content has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, the counter-notice must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed content after a reasonable period, provided that we do not receive a notice from the copyright owner indicating they have filed a court action against you.
