Former MLB All-Star Alex Rodriguez can still play the ball, even if he’s not on the diamond.
The three-time American League MVP, currently working as a Fox MLB analyst, also knows the path around the basketball court, as he showed off his Sunday afternoon.
At halftime in a college basketball game with the Army in Bucknell, Rodriguez came out of the stands to try a half-court shot as part of a half-time promotion. Hitting a shot will earn you $10,000 for a very fortunate student.
Rodriguez picked it up with a bounce, erecting it towards the hoop and banked it as Bedrum gushed out.
Rodriguez was on campus at a special forum with his business partner Mark Roar.

Earlier this month, the arbitrators ruled in favour of Rodriguez and lore to become the majority owner of the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves and the WNBA’s Minnesota Links.
The pair have been working since 2021 to acquire a majority stake in the Timberwolves and Lynx from owner Glenn Taylor. However, Taylor stopped selling last March, saying Rodriguez and Lua did not meet the final payment deadline for the transaction.
With their arbitration victory, Rodriguez and Lore, who currently have 40% ownership, are currently required to approve to buy the remaining 40% from the NBA owners and gain control. You will need 75% of the owner to approve the sale of your team.
