Prime Minister Israel has been the first foreign leader in the White House since his second inauguration last week.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit the White House next week and have been the first foreign leader to meet Donald Trump in Washington DC since the US President returned to the administration.
The Israeli government confirmed on Tuesday that Trump invited Netanyahu to the White House on February 4.
The announcement will come a few days after Trump requested Gaza to transfer the population to Jordan and Egypt. This was a proposal that was quickly rejected by local leaders, comparing it to ethnic purification.
Trump praised the vulnerable ceasefire agreement in Gaza, which was enforced the day before his inauguration.
The transaction has so far, has seen the temporary end of the battle and release of the seven POWs in Israel and hundreds of Palestine prisoners. With this pause, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians returned to northern Gaza.
The Trump administration has also mediated the extension of Lebanon’s ceasefire, effectively promoting a complete withdrawal from Israel by February 18.

However, in this area, tension is growing, and new battles in both Gaza and Lebanon are dangerous, and Netanyahu regularly threatens to return to war.
Despite emphasizing his role in securing a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, Trump said that he was not confident last week that he was retained.
“It’s not our war. It’s their war,” said the US President.
The United States offers billions of dollars to Israel every year for military assistance. One of his first laws, Trump has frozen almost all international assistance, except for military assistance to Egypt and Israel.
Last week, Trump also approved a 900kg (£ 2,000) bomb to Israel, paused by former President Joe Biden, his predecessor last May.
Netanyahu was a leader in which the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant on the suspicion of war crimes in Gaza, and expressed his gratitude for his decision on Sunday.
“President Trump gives Israel the tools needed to protect themselves, confront our common enemies, and promise the tools needed to secure the future of peace and prosperity.” The Prime Minister said in a social media post.
Trump was a stubborn parent Israel. During his first term, he moved the US embassy to Jerusalem and acknowledged Israel’s claim to Syria’s occupied Goran Heights.
But as a candidate, and in his inauguration speech last week, Trump promised to pursue peace of US foreign policy.
“We measure not only the battle we win, but also the successes we end, and the most important thing is the war we never enter.” I said after swearing.
“My most proud heritage is the heritage of peace makers and unified people.”
