Sanders’ meeting with the Titans lasted approximately 45 minutes. This includes a surprise Facety time call from Colorado coach Deion Sanders, Sanders’ father.
“He was really calm and had (a) mature way about him,” Titans coach Brian Callahan told ESPN about the meeting. “You can tell he’s been in the spotlight and knows how to handle it.”
Sanders passed for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions for Buffalo in 2024. He was one of the first quarterbacks selected and is widely expected to be a top-five or top-10 pick in the draft.
Saturday was the first day of practice for the 100th East-West Shrine Bowl, which will be held Thursday at 8 p.m. at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Sanders is scheduled to speak to the media Saturday afternoon.
