World, Biometric ID Company, best known for its eye-running ORB devices, announced several partnerships on Wednesday aimed at demonstrating sign-up driving and applications for its technology.
World is partnering with dating app conglomerate Match Group to verify the identity of Japanese Tinder users using a global identity verification system. Additionally, World has established separate collaborations with both forecast market startup Kalshi and decentralized lending platform Morpho. These partnerships allow customers to sign in to these services using their already globally registered IDs. World is planning to team up with Visa to launch the World Card. This is a card that allows users to use digital assets where Visa is accepted.

Since its founding in 2019, developed by San Francisco and Berlin-based human tools, the world has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital and created digital IDs for millions of users. However, due to the troublesome approach to verifying IDS, it has not yet violated the mainstream.
With these new partnerships, the world is chasing more audiences. Previously, you may not have thought about scanning your eyeballs to confirm your “humanity.”
The World Card is probably the most interesting of the new projects. It is expected to be available in the US later this year, allowing users to connect to apps around the world and trade with cryptocurrency. The card may automatically exchange ciphers with Fiat if necessary, providing certain rewards for certain “AI subscriptions and services.”
World had one surprise at the event on Wednesday. This is a collaboration with Stripe, allowing users to pay on World through Stripe-enabled websites and apps. The company did not say when this would be made public.
