Openai said on Friday it is deploying AI agents for ChatGPT Pro Subscribers in Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and the UK that can perform tasks on behalf of users.
Openai said the operators will be available in most locations where ChatGpt will be available, except in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.
Launched in the US in January, the operator is one of several “AI Agent” tools in the market that allows you to tell them to shop on book tickets, restaurant reservations, file cost reports and e-commerce websites .

The tool is currently only available to subscribers with the ChatGPT Pro plan, which costs $200 per month. Although it can only be used on dedicated web pages, the company says it plans to make operators available to all ChatGPT clients. The operator runs in a separate browser window (which the user can control at any time) to complete the task.
This field features companies such as Google, humanity, and rabbit construction agents who can perform similar tasks. However, Google’s projects are still on the waitlist, Anthropic can access the agent interface via the API, and Rabbit’s action model is only available to users who own the device.
